Privacy notice

What we collect

When you send a project inquiry, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, optional business name, the services, budget range and timeline you select, and your message. We use them only to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project.

The automation demos

The lead-workflow and invoice-extraction demos run entirely in your browser. Text you paste into them is not sent to our servers or to any third party, and it is not stored.

How information is processed

• This website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site.
• Inquiries are delivered to our business inbox by email using Cloudflare Email Routing.
• The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam. Turnstile evaluates technical signals from your browser; it does not use them for advertising.
• To prevent abuse, the form limits how often submissions can be sent from the same connection. These counters are temporary and not stored with your inquiry.
• If you use the AI assistant, your conversation is sent to DeepSeek, a third-party AI provider based in China — see The AI assistant below.
• We do not sell your information or use it for advertising, and we do not add you to mailing lists.

Retention

We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for normal business record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.

The AI assistant

The AI project assistant is an AI model, not a person. To generate replies, our server sends the conversation — the message you type plus the earlier messages in the same chat, for context — to DeepSeek, a third-party AI provider based in China. If you ask for a project brief, the conversation is sent to DeepSeek again to draft it. Using the assistant is optional: you can always reach us through the inquiry form or by email instead.

What FusedAI sends and keeps

• We send DeepSeek the text of the conversation and our instructions to the model. We do not send your IP address, name, email or other identifiers — but anything you type into the chat, including personal details, is passed on as written.
• We do not store your conversation. It exists only in your browser tab and disappears when you refresh or leave the page. Our server does not save or log message content; it logs only technical details such as error types and the number of tokens used.
• To prevent abuse and control costs, we keep temporary per-connection rate-limit counters and a daily total of how many requests and tokens the assistant used. These contain no message content.

How DeepSeek handles your messages

• Once sent, messages are processed by DeepSeek, and we do not control how DeepSeek stores or uses them. DeepSeek’s developer terms do not say where API data is stored, how long it is kept, or whether it may be used to improve DeepSeek’s models, so we cannot make promises about any of these.
• DeepSeek’s privacy policy states that it collects, processes and stores personal data in the People’s Republic of China, so you should assume your messages are processed there. Information held outside Canada is subject to the laws of that country and may be accessible to its courts, law enforcement and government authorities.
• DeepSeek caches recent prompts on disk to speed up repeat requests. Its documentation says unused cache entries are usually cleared within a few hours to a few days.
• DeepSeek’s own privacy policy says it does not cover people using apps built on its platform, so this notice is what describes your use of our assistant. For DeepSeek’s terms, see itsOpen Platform Terms of Serviceand Privacy Policy.

Using the assistant safely

• Please do not enter passwords, payment details, government ID numbers, health information, other sensitive personal information, or personal details about other people.
• Because we keep no copy of your conversation and nothing that links it to you, we cannot retrieve it later or identify it to DeepSeek for deletion.
• If you ask the assistant to draft a project brief, it is shown to you first. Nothing reaches us unless you choose to send it through the inquiry form, where you add your contact details and give consent. Only the brief you send is included — not the chat transcript.
• Replies are generated by AI, can contain errors or omissions, and are for reference only. The assistant cannot give quotes, make commitments or take actions on our behalf.
